Auch die Bamberger spielten das erste mal in dieser Saison komplett und zeigten ihre wahre Spielstärke.

So nahm das Fiasko schon in den Doppeln seinen Lauf: 0:3 war wahrlich ein unglücklicher Auftakt.

Einen Lichtblick gab es, als Deffner und Piercyna ihre Einzel gewannen und auf 2:3 verkürzten. In der Mitte verloren Müller und Probst etwas unter ihrer Normalform mit 0:3. Auch Markert und Kessner verloren. Das Drama nahm sein Ende, als dann noch Deffner und Piercyna ihre beiden Einzel knapp verloren.

Insgesamt gesehen kann sich die Mannschaftsleistung eigentlich nur noch steigern.
